Bjorn and Associates LLC is an educational consulting firm specializing in program evaluation, applied research, and professional learning for higher education institutions. Founded in 2007 by Genevive Bjorn, Ed.D. (Johns Hopkins University), the firm brings more than twenty years of expertise to every engagement — combining methodological rigor with practical, institution-specific solutions.

We work with university departments, graduate programs, research offices, and academic support units to strengthen programs, build research capacity, and develop faculty expertise. Our clients include institutions serving first-generation students, international learners, and other populations that educational systems were not originally designed to support.

Bjorn and Associates is also the parent company of The CERIC Method, a structured framework for critical evaluation of scientific research literature published by Cambridge University Press.
